Due to the unique nature of the Gallery buildings and the value of the art works on display, there are a number of terms and conditions of hire. We encourage you to read these before proceeding with booking your event.

All corporate and private events require the approval of the Gallery Director to minimise the impact of events on normal operations. In some cases, this approval may take up to five working days.

The following steps are provided as a guide to booking your Gallery event:

1. Decide on the type of event and spaces required

2. Submit an online inquiry to obtain a written quotation and inquire about space availability and suitability for your event.

3. Complete and return the Event Profile and Approval form so that a tentative booking can be placed and the approval process can commence

4. Commence organisation of your event, including contacting one of the Gallery’s exclusive caterers and preferred staging contractor for all of your event requirements.
